After hours and on weekends: Call our toll-free number, 1-800-727-8233, and wait till the end of message. You will be automatically transferred to an answering service, who will page the Resort America representative on call. Emergencies are situations involving a threat to your safety or personal welfare or an abrupt departure from your resort.

Team Assist: Team Assist is a traveler's support organization offering assistance in crisis situations. Resort America participants may contact Team Assist for advice and assistance in medical or legal situations. Team Assist is available 24 hours a day: 1-800-472-0906.
