Arrival and Departure Information

Dates of availability vary and depend on University vacation periods.

Applicants arrive in May through the end of June to work for at least 12 weeks.

Arrivals

Staff arrive in the U.S. almost daily during June.

Resort America uses New York as its arrival gateways for program participants. Staff arriving in New York are available to travel to your resort the next day by bus or train. Resorts are responsible for reimbursing participants for their out of pocket one-way travel expenses.

  • Resort America also offers direct flights to many other US cities at highly competitive fares. We will make one-way flight arrangements for your staff and add the cost to your final invoice.

Departures

Participants are free to travel during the month of October, or after completing their work assignment. They are responsible for their transportation costs to New York or can arrange a departure from an alternate city through Resort America.
